Nantong Hailin
Hailin Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is a stock company with more than twenty years experiences in manufacturing rubber & plastic products and moulds for automobiles. Major products of the Company include molded rubber, rubber foam product, injection molded parts and moulds. Hailin Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. has established two factories: Shanghai Hailin and Nantong Hailin. Shanghai Hailin is located at Jiading District of Shanghai and Nantong Hailin is located at Haimen city in Jiangsu province. The Company covers an area of 50000m2 and floor area 30000m2. The Company has 280 employees, among which, 48 employees are engineers and technical personnel.
Hailin believes that “Quality is the life of company” and establishes perfect quality system. It passes the authentifications of VDA6.1, QS9000 and ISO9001: 2000 quality systems as well as ISO/TS16949: 2002 quality system.
In the last two years, the Company has invested a large amount of funds into the introduction of advanced equipment and excellence persons in order to provide customers with best service. Along with the development of the Company and the Company’s business, besides a perfect mold development center in Nantong Hailin, the Company has established a mold development center in the same scale in Shanghai, as well as set up a perfect research & development center and testing center for new projects. Thanks to the hard working of all Hailin people, at present, the Company has become an integrated enterprise with mold design & manufacturing, product design & development and production.
At present, Hailin Company owns seven CNC machining centers, eight precision Die-Sinking EDM, five wire cutting machines and several other CNC machines. Furthermore, the Company is equipped with vertical precision die spotting machine and three coordinate two-dimensional measuring instruments. All of the above-mentioned CNC equipment has provided mighty hardware resources for the Company to accomplish the manufacturing of various molds, shorten the development cycle for new product and reduce the development cost. The Company also has over twenty rubber injection press and over forty injection molding machines.
