“Quality is the life of company”. In order to control the qualities of various kinds
of products in a more fast and effective way, the Company passed
ISO9002 quality system authentification in 1997 successfully,
furthermore, it got certifications of QS-9000 and VDA6.1 serial
worksite quality management systems examined by German (Shanghai)
TUV Rhineland Company, which systems meet international automobile
industry standards.
To perfect the quality
assurance system of Hailin Company continuously and meet the
high requirements  of customers on quality,
Hailin keeps to enlarge its quality assurance team, guard each
quality step strictly, in order to ensure the exfactory qualified
rate of each kind of product can reach 100%; therefore, the Company
has established an independent lab and invest in a large amount of
funds every year for research & development and testing. At
present, the lab is equipped with a series of testing equipment,
such as three coordinate measuring instrument, universal testing
machine, impact testing machine with boom beam and simple supporting
beam, melt flow rate meter, thermal deformation and Vicat
temperature instrument. Besides this, the Company sends lab
personnel to scientific research universities and technical training
centers for training periodically, for example, Shanghai Jiao Tong
University, Southeast University, Qingdao Langpu, therefore, the
Company can ensure the operating skills of quality assurance workers
in their real work as well as ensure the quality of each product
produced by Hailin meeting the requirements of customers. |
